Returns & Refunds (30 Days)
If you’re not completely happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • For hygiene/safety, personal care items that have been opened/used may be non-returnable unless faulty.

How to start a return

    1. We’ll reply with the return address and simple instructions.

    2. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval.

  2. Refunds

    • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, our actual shipping cost may be deducted.

    Exchanges

    • Need a replacement? Tell us when you email — we’ll arrange it once we receive your return.

    Damaged or faulty items

    • If your order arrives damaged/defective, email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll provide a free replacement or full refund.

    Return shipping

    • For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return postage.

    • For faulty/damaged items, we cover return or send a replacement at no extra cost.)
