If you’re not completely happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene/safety, personal care items that have been opened/used may be non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, our actual shipping cost may be deducted.
Exchanges

Need a replacement? Tell us when you email — we’ll arrange it once we receive your return.
Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged/defective, email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll provide a free replacement or full refund.
Return shipping
